Standard Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 to 7 business days of receipt
of the order. Priority orders ship out within 2 to 3 business day of receipt of order. Next day air and priority mail are not available for personalized items. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Note:
Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered
together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped outside the contiguous
48 states are delivered by Parcel Post at rates that you can calculate prior
to finalizing your order by going through the checkout procedure. Certain
heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Rush Delivery
For an extra charge we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations.
At checkout you can test different levels of priority shipping and see the
applicable charges prior to finalizing your order. Note: Rush service is not
available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer
or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Delivery Surcharges
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost
to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have
a delivery surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item
price and is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed under
Delivery Charges

How do I purchase a
product online?
Under our Online Store on our home page is a list of product categories (such as
Furniture and Tools). Pick one and you'll see a selection of specific products
types (like Sundials, Books, and the like). Click on one of these to find an
array of product images.
To learn more about a product, click on its image. You'll find a complete description
as well as a list of other products that complement it. Want to purchase the
product? Select Add to Basket, and we'll guide you from there.
Once you've completed our simple online order form, providing shipping and
billing information and a credit card number, we'll confirm your order via
email. Please jot down your order number or print out the email and keep it
in a safe place. You can use the number to track your order through our online
system or over the phone with Customer Service.
What forms of payment
may I use?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. Your credit card
will not be charged until the item has shipped.
Is it safe to use
my credit card online?
Yes. Our security system prevents unauthorized access to confidential information
whether you are online or off-line.
We use state-of-the-art software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal
information automatically while they are in transit over the internet, preventing
a third party from viewing the information. The instant you reac h our checkout
page, a padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen indicates that you have
entered our secure shopping zone. An internal security system, known as a firewall,
protects information about you stored in our computer from being viewed by
a third party. Information access is restricted within our offices as well.
It is viewable only by employees who need the information to perform a specific
job (such as a billing clerk or customer service representative), and protected
by random password.

How soon will my purchase arrive?
For regular delivery, please allow 7 to 10 business days for in-stock items
to arrive. Very large or heavy items may take a bit longer. Orders placed by
noon EST, Monday through Friday, can be shipped by rush delivery in 1 to 2
business days within the continental U.S. for an additional fee based on weight.
How are products
shipped?
Items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and Federal Express. UPS and
Federal Express do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we need a street address,
or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad.
A phone number is required for all furniture, and rush delivery orders.
Do you ship overseas?
To some places, yes, please inquire. We do ship to Canada and Mexico.
How do you calculate
shipping? What will it cost?
To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the approximate
shipping weight of your order. Note that these charges apply per individual
address. And please remember that heavy, live, or oversized products may require
an extra shipping charge due to their weight or size. This will be shown in
parentheses after the price of the item.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii: additional delivery charges apply.
How do you
calculate sales tax?
We must add sales tax for merchandise and shipping on orders delivered to GEORGIA.
When you place an order on our web site, our computer system at first may calculate
a preliminary sales tax estimate based on a range of sales taxes within your
region. But rest assured, the final sales tax billed to your credit card will
reflect the specific sales tax for your area.
Gift Boxing
We offer custom gift-boxing with a handsome gift card on many items for an
additional $4.00 per item. Requesting a gift box may add an extra day to processing
your order. On non-gift-boxed items, we will be happy to print a personalized
gift message on the package enclosure. You can request a gift box or gift message
during checkout.
Gift Shipping
You will be able to specify multiple addresses, enclose gift messages, and
request gift boxes during checkout. To make it easier to ship to multiple addresses,
every item in your order - even multiples of the same product - will be listed
separately.

Our Guarantee & Return
Policy
At Farmers' Almanac TV, uncompromising quality is a proud tradition. Our merchandise
is manufactured using long-lasting materials and carefully inspected before
shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item (with
receipt) within 60 days for an exchange or refund. In the case of manufacturer
defects, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund for up to one full
year.
NOTE: Downloadable products are nonrefundable, and cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Once the file has been electronically transmitted to your computer it is in your possession and thus cannot be returned and we cannot refund your money.
How would I return
an item?
To return an item by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip, insure
the package, and send it back to us. Our return address is 310 E Factors Walk, Savannah, Ga 31401. We will refund or credit the value of the item, including
taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
For items whose popularity has temporarily outstripped our supply, a ship-by
date will appear next to the item. You may still place an order for the product;
it will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
